By creating an account or using Visual Audio Projects, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Visual Audio Projects.
Visual Audio Projects provides a cloud-based platform for music producers and audio engineers to collaborate, share projects, and receive AI-powered feedback on their audio files. Visual Audio Projects also offers an optional TikTok integration, which lets users connect their TikTok account, view profile and content performance metrics, and publish or upload videos created in Visual Audio Projects directly to TikTok. Use of the TikTok integration within Visual Audio Projects is also subject to TikTok's terms and policies.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
You agree not to upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights, contains malware, or violates applicable laws.
We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your audio files and project data are encrypted and stored securely.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page.
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing our services.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability.
Visual Audio Projects is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any third-party integrations such as TikTok.
We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under Israeli law.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
